Requify is a requirements management platform for complex engineering projects, including AI-assisted requirements generation, compliance tracking, document management, interface management, safety management, and auditing tools.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter contracts. Our Services are for business and professional use. If acting for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
4. Account Registration & Waitlist
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. By joining our mailing list you consent to receiving launch communications and may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to violate laws, transmit harmful content, gain unauthorised access, scrape data, reverse engineer software, build a competing product, or share credentials with third parties.
6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, content, and trademarks are owned by Requify Limited and may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Requify a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Services.

8. Payments & Billing
Requify is in early access. Pricing will be introduced at launch with advance notice. Paid subscriptions bill in advance; payments are non-refundable unless required by law; pricing changes come with 30 days' notice.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Requify is a tool and does not constitute professional engineering, legal, or compliance advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Requify Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid in the preceding 12 months or £100. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability provisions survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
