Platform account (app.requify.co.uk)

When you create a platform account, we collect your name, work email address, company name, job title, and usage data (pages visited, features used, timestamps). This data is governed by our Terms of Service and a separate data processing agreement provided at sign-up.

Technical data

When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Google Firebase) automatically logs your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This is standard server log data and is not linked to your identity unless you submit a form.

All third-party processors we use are bound by data processing agreements and comply with UK GDPR standards. We use Google Analytics (GA4) solely for understanding website usage — not for advertising. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling tools.

Our website uses no advertising or marketing cookies. We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymisation enabled to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are most visited and how long sessions last. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. Google Analytics sets cookies prefixed _ga and _gid on your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any behavioural tracking technology on this website.

The Requify platform at app.requify.co.uk uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in. No marketing cookies are used.
